Our Counselling and Guidance department is committed to:

• Supporting the academic, personal, and social development of our students.
• Providing a safe and confidential space for students to express their concerns and seek guidance.
• Promoting mental health and emotional well-being among students.
• Assisting students in making informed decisions about their education, career, and personal growth.

Roles and Services

Our experienced and compassionate counsellors offer a wide range of services, including:

• Academic Advising: Assisting students in selecting appropriate courses, setting educational goals, and monitoring academic progress.
• Personal Counselling: Providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for students to discuss personal concerns, stress, anxiety, and any other issues they may be facing.
• Career Guidance: Helping students explore their interests and skills, and offering guidance on college and career choices.
• College Application Support: Although our school is only up to Class – X, our counsellors tell the students about the process of admission to colleges. Assisting students with the college application process, including essay writing, test preparation, and scholarship opportunities.
• Crisis Intervention: Offering support to students in times of crisis, whether it’s related to academics, personal issues, or other emergencies.
• Group Workshops: Conducting workshops on various topics, such as stress management, study skills, and peer relationships.
• Parent and Guardian Consultation: Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and success of their children.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance in our counselling and guidance services. We respect and protect the privacy of our students and information shared with our counsellors is held in strict confidence, except in situations where there may be a risk of harm to the student or others.
